GMP Metal Doorsets and Frames

  • Description: Door leaf from 0.8mm / 1.0mm / 1.2mm / 1.6mm thick zinc-coated galvanized steel sheet. Zinc coating 80–120 g/m². Lock-formed profile with internal stiffeners, 4.0mm hinge reinforcements, hardware mounting plates, and lock protection. Doorframe from 1.2mm / 1.6mm / 2.0mm thick galvanized steel with mitered and welded corners, frame straps, hinge reinforcement plates, and mounting plates.
  • Insulation: Door leaf filled with either mineral wool or honeycomb paper.
  • Finish: Pure epoxy polyester powder coating.
  • Fixing: Fixing through frame by expansion bolts & mortar straps.
  • Frame Assembly: Welded construction with frame spreaders, bolted frame construction, and knock-down frame construction for wrap-around frames.
  • Glazing: 5.0mm thick glass on both sides in door leaf, or single glass in center.
  • Louver: Louver panels can be added to door leaves.
  • Fire Resistant: Up to 3 hours fire resistance in accordance with BS 476 Part 22, UL 10B & UL 10C, depending on construction.
  • Sizes: Up to 3 meters high and 3 meters wide (subject to test limitations).

Fire Rated Doors

GMP Fire Rated Doors are available in fire resistance levels from 30 minutes up to 3 hours, tested to BS 476 Part 22, EN1634, UL 10B, and UL 10C standards. Tested and approved by CBRI (Roorkee), Warrington Fire (UK), and Underwriter Lab (US) depending on construction. These doorsets can be customised in various sizes with options for glazing, single or double doors, fixed over panels, and temperature rise (insulation) configurations.

  • DOOR LEAF:GP/SP Sheet with Zinc Coating 120-180g/m², lock formed with 4.0 mm thick hinge reinforcing plates, hardware mounting plates, and lock reinforcement plates. Thickness: 44 mm with shutter sheet thickness of 1.0 – 1.6 mm with stiffeners.
  • DOOR FRAME:GP/SP sheet, welded or knockdown construction with 4.0 mm thick hinge reinforcing plates, fixing strips, hardware mounting plates, and mortar guards. Frame sizes: 100x50 & 150x50 mm, sheet thickness 1.6 – 1.8 mm.
  • CORE MATERIAL:Mineral Wool / Honey Comb, with infill of high-density Rockwool.
  • FINISH: Powder coated / Stainless Steel, with pure polyester powder achieving a coating thickness of 70-90 Micron.
  • COLOR: As per RAL.
  • Glazing: 5.0mm thick glass on both sides in door leaf, or single glass in center.
  • Ironmongery: All Complete Ironmongery is of stainless steel from one of top Brands. Fire Door Including provision standard 5.0 mm vision Fire Rated Glass with 44 mm double skin shutter. (GI sheet on both sides). It also includes Panic Bar, SS D-Type OR Lever Handle with Lock, SS Push Plate, SS Flush Bolt, SS Ball Baring Hinges, Door Closer and Anchor with Cap etc.
